LEAP Packages
Package 1 - Engage
Package 1 consists of an initial consultation prior to your blood test, but no follow-up consultation.
- The test will be provided.
- You can make arrangements or our office will assist you in doing so.
- Results will be available about 1 week after the blood test along with an explanation of your results.
Consultation 1: Health history and instructions for blood test.
Package 2 - Support
Package 2 consists of all details of Package 1, plus 3 additional consultations (in-person or virtually).
This Package includes: Phase 1 meal planning, food prep, weekly email and tracking support, and unlimited email support for 90 days following your blood test.
Consultation 1: Health history and instructions for blood test.
Consultation 2: Review of results and counseling on phase 1 of diet instruction/meal planning.
Consultation 3: 10 days into Program – Phase 1 follow-up and instruction for phases 2-5.
Consultation 4: 30 days into Program – Progress check-in and discussion of diet challenges and supplementation needs.
Package 3 - Complete
Package 3 consists of all details of Package 2, plus 2 additional visits (total of 5).
This Package also includes unlimited email support for 180 days following your blood test.
Consultation 1: Health history and instructions for blood test.
Consultation 2: Review of results and counseling on phase 1 of diet instruction/meal planning.
Consultation 3: 10 days into Program – Phase 1 follow-up and instruction for phases 2-5.
Consultation 4: 30 days into Program – Progress check-in and discussion of diet challenges and supplementation needs.
Consultation 5: 60 days into Program – Challenge untested foods.
Consultation 6: 90 days into Program – Challenge reactive foods (about 6 weeks after consult 5).
Pricing: Insurance companies vary greatly with their coverage for MRT/LEAP. Test is generally not covered by insurance. Once Nutrition by Bess is paid for consults (including cost of test), the office will submit on your behalf for possible reimbursement.
